We had a great time learning about feelings and emotions! We began by learning the expression “estoy” (“I am”) and practiced using it with different emotions like happy, sad, angry, surprised, and more.

Next, we had fun drawing faces with different expressions while our friends guessed which emotion we were showing.

We also played a memory game to practice matching all of our newly learned vocabulary words.

To finish, we reviewed our vocabulary together and learned how some describing words change depending on whether you are a girl or a boy — for example, a girl would say “enferma,” while a boy would say “enfermo.”
