Frequently Asked Questions

Are the workshops all in Spanish?

Si! When we say full immersion we mean it. Every aspect of the workshop will be in Spanish. Of course, that means there is a lot of repetition, props and other materials to help children understand the concepts taught.

Does my child need to speak any Spanish?

No. All children are welcome to participate regardless of language ability.

Do you offer discounts?

Our workshops are priced to cover the costs of staff and museum fees for all attendees. If you have previously attended one of our workshops, you can save $10 per registration per child if you invite a friend to attend a workshop. Ask us about our amigos program today! We also offer a sibling discount. Our class packs are the best way to save.

What if my child gets sick and can't attend?

While we cannot provide refunds for last minute cancellations, we are happy to offer a voucher for a future workshop.

Who is teaching?

Our team is made up of native Spanish speakers with teaching backgrounds and/or capacities within educational settings. In addition, our assistants, while also native speakers, often bring a youthful vibrancy to the team and may not necessarily hold formal teaching qualifications or possess prior teaching experience.
