What We Learned
We kicked off our Little Chefs workshop by learning Spanish words for kitchen essentials—cuchara (spoon), cuchillo (knife), olla (pot), sartén (pan), and more!
Then we chopped and sliced frutas (fruits) y verduras (vegetables) like uvas (grapes), fresas (strawberries), and pepinos (cucumbers) for a tasty snack with whipped cream and ranch.
To top it off, we played fun games like “What’s Missing?” and acted out verbs like picar (chop), mezclar (mix), and poner (pour/add). Lots of laughter, prizes, and new vocabulary made it a deliciously fun class!
